How this register is built

What counts

A deal is listed when a named buyer and a named nuclear supplier or developer announce terms tied to data center or AI load. Statements of intent with no named counterparty, equipment partnerships and open solicitations are left out.

Commitment levels

  • Signed contract: a PPA, offtake agreement or tariff subscription with stated terms.
  • Pre-agreement / development: prepayments, deposits, development funding or equity tied to future supply.
  • MOU / LOI / option: non-binding frameworks, letters of intent and option rights.

How capacity is counted

Megawatts are the contracted or announced figure. Where a deal says "up to", the upper bound is used and the row is marked ≤. Undisclosed capacity is shown as such and adds nothing to totals. Superseded deals and deals already counted inside a larger agreement stay in the register but are excluded from totals.

Sources and corrections

Each row links to the company release, regulator filing or trade-press report used. Company releases and filings are preferred; rows that rely on trade press are marked as medium confidence. Spot an error or a deal we missed? Email info@ikpholdings.com.
