Privacy policy

Nuclear Data Power is owned and operated by IKP Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through nucleardatapower.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions go to nucleardatapower@gmail.com.

Information you give us

• Newsletter and alerts. Your email address, the description you choose (for example "Data center developer"), any topic you ask to follow, and the time you subscribed.
• Sign in with Google. If you choose to continue with Google, Google shares your name, email address and a Google account identifier with us. We store those to recognize your sign-in. Signing in does not subscribe you to email; we ask separately.
• Email to us. Anything you send to our contact address.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and secure the site. When you subscribe we store the country associated with your connection, not your IP address.
• Cookies. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you use Google sign-in, Google may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. Your browser stores a small note that you have subscribed so we do not ask again.

How we use information

• To send the newsletter and alerts you asked for.
• To understand which audiences use the site, so we can decide what research to publish.
• To respond to your messages and keep the site secure.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your identity with sponsors, suppliers or other commercial partners unless you ask us to, for example by requesting an introduction.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host the site and store subscriber records, and Google to provide optional sign-in. If we add an email delivery service, it will process your email address only to send messages for us.

Retention

We keep subscriber records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, then remove them within 30 days, except where we must keep a record of an unsubscribe request.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from any email using its unsubscribe link, or by writing to us.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing nucleardatapower@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
